Someone even asked her on Facebook "Did you give the 60 dollars back to the bank?" and this thieving broad didn't even respond, per usual. LMAO

Supposedly Taren is taking the victim route this year since her scam for AreyaTV didn't go as planned. LMAO
Although she claims to be unbothered, she is now claiming to be a victim of cyberbullying because various people on the interwebs have finally spoken out against her scamming ways, including those who contributed money to her many failed projects without so much as a word as to what happened to the money they donated. Some of her failed projects include Faces of Autism, which could have been GREAT by the way, if she stuck with it long enough. She also had a t-shirt business that she quickly started and just as quickly stopped. She then thought up a Super Scam that included some ambiguous online tv network (AreyaTV) featuring new talent because she considers what's currently on TV boring. Basically, she was trying to re-invent the wheel. *rolls eyes hard*
Well, since she announced her FOURTH out of wedlock pregnancy by yet another married man almost a year ago, her life has become a shit storm of perpetual fuck shit, including the people who finally had the courage to call her out for her not wanting to be held accountable for misappropriation of donated dollars to a supposedly non-profit organization that was never registered as a non-profit and thus can be and should be considered as income. Taren lied and said she only raised $1000 but email receipts were posted that refuted that amount and show that she actually raised $12,000.00.
People were and are still upset. Why?
Because Taren took their money and did not account for how the money was allocated.
At any rate, in hopes to garner a new cash grab, Taren is going to start a new anti-cyberbully campaign so she can stop feeling guilty about stealing people's hard earned money and not wanting to be held accountable for her theft and scams. She also wants people to stop calling her out on her lies and scams so she can keep lying and scamming.
This will be her lead in to raising money once again to the "Never gonna happen in this lifetime" AreyaTV scamming project she has "thought up", which by the way hasn't been updated since Fall 2014, because she thinks people will feel sorry for her because former donors to her "non-profit" got hip to her scams and decided to call her out.
I guess Taren thinks her website is the only thing searchable on the web and that people are just going to blindly donate money without doing their research.

You screwed yourself when you thought your donors and subscribers were too stupid to search you. Well, some of them are stupid because they are so blinded by that dry, steel wool mop sitting on top of your head, but most have gotten hip and that's why you're coming up with this new anti-cyberbullying campaign in hope to garner sympathy so people can fund your pathetic lifestyle.
Would you donate to a charity knowing that non-profit is not allocating funds like they say they are? Would you donate to a charity claiming to be a non-profit with 501(c)(3) status but that publicly available information is nowhere to be found because no registration for proper status was completed? Would you donate to a charity knowing the CEO is pocketing the money for him/herself and not using the money as stated in the mission or other charitable reason?
Taren Guy's Faces of Autism "charity" is the equivalent of those people who set up donation buckets in convenience stores hoping to collect money because "their child has leukemia" or they claim to have "ALS" only to find out they have been scamming people. Taren has just decided to take her scams to the internet.
Taren Guy used the platform of Autism to pocket money for herself and has yet, 2-3 years later, to account for where the money went. When receipts were requested from donors, she skated and hemmed and hawed and never provided proof to those donors, which is against the law.
Furthermore, Faces of Autism was never and is still not registered as a non-profit and thus does not have 501(c)(3) status, which means all monies she collected for Faces of Autism is considered income and is thus taxable money.

Taren posted a, now unlisted, video called "RV#19- Questions! Answers! Real Talk #AreyaTV- From Youtube" in which she lies about how much she raised for her Faces of Autism, talks about her now defunct T-shirt business because she wasn't feeling it, how not to be scared of dreaming, making dreams happen, other manner of BS and then had the nerve to shout out Meechy Monroe (like only a sociopathic scammer would do) at the end to garner sympathy for her own failed campaign.

What she says in the video/audio in a complete lie from the screengrab below that someone posted of their convo with her about how much she really raised, which was 12x more than what she said she raised in the video.

Despite this mess, she wants to be taken as a natural, sexy, earthy Iyanloprah of the Internetz and has constantly preached positivity. Unfortunately, the positivity doesn't seem to extend to leaving other women's husbands and boyfriends alone because all of her documented baby fathers appear to have been married or involved when she took up with them.

Little Ace is a few days old and his apparent father is Michael Mancini McConnell, whom we call BAM, Broke Ass Mike. I prefer Broke Ass Married Michael Manicotti McConnell, or BAMMMM. BAM a community college-educated poser who has claimed to have taught himself microbiology, worked with Diddy and run a successful events company. There are many embarrassing profiles of him on the internet, including an interview in Essence where he claimed to be an eligible bachelor even though he was married. And another where he went on for an embarrassing length of time about wanting to kit out Snuggies for entrepreneurs. Bloop.
Mike was married to an apparently nice woman when he met Taren. (Sidenote: He also had a child from a previous relationship and these LSA streets want to know about that situation so if you know something, say something!) Taren and Mike started an affair, which was exposed when the wife, Karyn, found a series of sexual emails between the two of them, including one referencing Taren using a glass buttplug. To that end, there is now a blog called Taren's Butt Plug. Go find it and godspeed. There is an uncensored photo of what is allegedly Taren engaged in anal play in the XES Alley. Fancying themselves a legitimate power couple, and explaining to Mike's wife that they were "soulmates", Taren introduced Mike as her boyfriend on social media but it was quickly revealed that he was married to someone else and that he had impregnated Taren.
The backlash you see here began in earnest around that time. Karyn threw SoulmateMike out and Karyn's outraged godmother, Nana, came to LSA to read Mike for filth in Part I. It was epic and completely warranted: as per Nana, there had been no estrangement or separation in the marriage. Mike simply was having a vigorous extramarital sex life while Karyn was holding down a real, paying job and trying to support his entrepreneurial dreams by pumping money into his failed company, Team Mancini. The affair blindsided her completely.
Meanwhile, Mike was, additionally, badmouthing Karyn, his OWN wife, to people in the world of PR whom she (Karyn) had had longstanding relationships. Karyn does have a social media presence but I will leave other people to link to it if they so choose. I won't be doing so here. This alleged attack on Michael's wife blew up in their faces as certain key figures though out fashion, travel and beauty sided with Karyn and pulled support from Taren and Mike. Taren did a seemingly successful meet and greet tour but this was apparently just because they were desperate for cash and their connections were slowwwwwwwwwwwly drying up, much like her 'fro.
Now Taren is not a powerplayer in the Youtube space but did have a relationship with Dickey of Hair Rules in NYC. She hosted an event there back in 2012 but it was poorly planned and was blasted by Melshary Arias in this video.
She also more recently had an endorsement or promotion deal with Motions hair care. Outrage over her general irrepsonsbility led to this Change.org campaign as well as this defense written by Te Ericka Patterson on her blog.[refuse to give this hoe any links for clicks to her blog]. In a supreme act of karma, when Te Ericka tried to delete the ethering comments on the Taren post, she somehow deleted every single comment on her blog.
Taren doesn't have a job and Mike apparently doesn't either. With the pregnancy progressing and money low, they launched an Indiegogo campaign to raise money for what they said was a television network called AreyaTV. They sought $80K from subscribers but raised only $440 in a few weeks. Yes, you read that correctly. Meanwhile, behind the scenes they apparently were not paying the people who were working with them and bilked a partner in AreyaTV who invested a 5-figure sum. That person claims to have then started the TarensButtPlug blog in retaliation.

Other attempts to generate resources failed as well. They had a baby registry at Babies R Us but nothing apparently was purchased by their online acolytes. They did receive an empty Tiffany piggy bank from the team at Carol's Daughter.
According to friends she has attributed these failures to the jealousy of darker skinned and kinky haired black women who she feels are envious of her curly lightness. Indeed, back in June, she made a very condescending video telling 4c and other kinky haired types of women that all they needed to do was accept themselves and stop hating on curlies like her. At about the 8:00 mark she starts to imitate a stereotypical 4c commenter by changing her voice, suddenly twisting her neck, waving her finger in the camera and generally acting like a belligerent, ignorant black woman.

Anywhooo, Himalayas (aka Nakesha) is always taking up for Taren, despite her own generally ratchet, no fvcks given approach to life...and hair.
She has 10x less subscribers than Taren so I'll leave it to you to figure out what that 'friendship' is really about. In 2009, she made a video called 'Don't be a Side Chick' but now she's the sidekick of a sidechick.....

It's not clear if she's living with Mike because he has disappeared from social media, at least for now and all of her recent photos seem to be selfies.
Anonymous sources who claim to know Taren, Mike, Karyn or others connected to this situation are coming out of the woodwork with all sorts of scandalous accusations, which range from Taren having been the mistress of the owner of The Voodoo Lounge to her having stolen money while working as a store clerk to her having been a paid prostitute. I can't confirm ANYTHING that's not a public record. I just sip.
Taren to date has NOT addressed her custody situation. She has NOT addressed Michael's marital status, though she claims at times to be his fiancee, while flashing something resembling a mood ring. For her part, Michael's wife may address what has happened at some point in time but not before the divorce is final. For my part, if you come for the wife or the kids, I will come for you. They are innocent in this mess.

I just want to say thank you to all who have visited this blog. It has had many views from around the world since it was started back in the spring. So much tea has been spilled it's like a Lipton Tea Party!!!
Anywho, since adding the comment box, I've received many messages, some good, some bad.
Many of the good ones were saying they had no idea all of this was going on and they glad they were able to research for themselves about this scamming thot and her scamming baby daddy. Some were asking if I knew her personally or in some business capacity. Some even offered to help run this blog. While I am not looking for additional bloggers at this time, I may consider it in the future. ;)
Now, many of the bad messages I received, were of course from the ones who were so damn dumb and blinded by all those curls, they refused to see the truth, asking why dedicate a blog to this chick and her scamming ways, etc.

Not only that, insulting your subscriber's and potential investor's intelligence when they ask questions about why they should donate to you, seek to get clarification on the objective of your business and a business plan, or executive summary at least, that outlines what your projections are and how the money will be allocated.
